Bosch Rexroth was founded May 1, 2001 based in Germany when Mannesmann Rexroth AG and Automation Technology Business Unit merged. Bosch Rexroth’s current CEO is Robert Bosch and they now have more than 38,000 employees all across the world in 80 countries. In 2012 they made a profit of over 3 billion dollars but overall they are a 6 billion dollar company. Bosch Rexroth contains many brands which include Brueninghaus Hydromatik, Indramat GmbH, Lohmann & Stolterfoht GmbH, Mecman Pneumatics, Deutsche Star and Rexroth Hydraulics. Their main focus is the production of control and motion equipment in mobile and industrial equipment.
