Northrop Grumman and the US Army successfully deployed their future Integrated Air and Missile Defense System (AIAMD) in a test on November 12. The platform effectively took out its first cruise missile target using a new command-and-control system and Patriot and Sentinel radars.

A determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Republic of Korea has been approved by the U.S. State Department. The required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale was delivered by the Defense Security Cooperation on June 9, 2015. The notice of a potential sale is required by law but does not mean the sale has been concluded. The sale will be for the Aegis Combat Systems and associated equipment, parts and logistical support for an estimated cost of $1.91 billion.

Announced February of 2015, Critical Solutions International (CSI) in partnership with DCD Protected Mobility (OEM of Husky vehicles) was chosen to supply an undisclosed number of Husky 2G systems to the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MoD). The contract, worth $73.5 million USD, will allow the Iraqi government to safely clear pathways and routes from explosives placed by the likes of ISIS.
