Yazaki Strives to Increase its Market Share for Automotive Products

Capitalized at 1 billion Indian rupees (approximately 1.4 billion yen), TYA will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yazaki Corporation became leading manufacturer through the purchase of the fifty percent share held by Tata Auto comp Systems Limited.
